Volunteer Opportunities Available:

 

Dates:

October 29, 2021: 5 pm to 9 pm - Move and haul items from storage

                                                       - Decorate the venue                                                                                                             - Table decorations

                                                       - Assist with setting up Cultural Heritage                                                                          Booths

                                                       - Assist with setting up Asian Bazaar table

October 30, 2021: 9 am to 6 pm    - Finalize decor in the morning

                                                            - Help with front admissions

                                                            - Help serve food and/or beverages

                                                            - Assist with Cultural Heritage Booths 

                                                            - Photography/videography

                                                            - Strike/clean up

                                                            - Haul items back to storage

 

If you would like to volunteer in an area where you have experience, let us know. Otherwise, we will place you according to need.

You must be 18 to serve food.

You must have a driver's license to help haul stuff from and back to storage; we rent units downtown at Metro storage.
